Warehouse Associate

Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Franklin, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on warehouse experience and build a long-term career. The client is willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to process and track inventory
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Label, ticket, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
• Support various warehouse functions as operational needs change

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Experience with RF scanners and Picking is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience with warehouse scanning systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, and move warehouse materials throughout the shift
