We are seeking a Creative Strategist Contractor, available for 20-40 hours per week, for 3 months. You’ll lend critical support by crafting high-performing, innovative ads that drive growth across our diverse product portfolio, including Noom Weight and Noom Med.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop clear, insightful creative briefs rooted in data, deep consumer insights, and extensive market research, specifically targeted to drive direct-response performance on Meta & other social platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-native UGC scripts and collaborate with creators, talent, and editors to bring concepts to life—ensuring authenticity, narrative clarity, and optimized calls to action.
- Work closely with designers, editors, and AI platforms to bring creative ideas to life from brief through execution.
- 5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful, brand-forward direct-response creative campaigns and strategies across video, still and social. Preference for experience in digital health, wellness, or related consumer-focused industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI-driven creative tools and methodologies to improve campaign performance and creative output.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and research into clear, actionable creative strategies.
- A proactive self-starter with a passion for innovation, capable of independently driving strategic initiatives, creative experiments, and multiple projects with fast turnarounds.
- Strong understanding of performance and brand marketing metrics, especially LTV:CAC ratio, and experience using insights to optimize creative effectiveness.
- Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills; adept at clearly articulating strategic vision and insights to creatives and stakeholders.
- This is a remote contract position within the United States.
- Commitment: 20-40 hours per week, 3 months.
- Hourly rate: $60-$70/hour.
