About The Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Lead to lead the charge in creating high-impact content that builds our brand, fuels community growth, and drives measurable pipeline. This role is all about telling the Nooks story in ways that connect; through our customers, our founders, and our growing sales community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our content strategy across blog, video, and customer storytelling, including partnering with our product, growth, and social teams
- Turn founder insights, customer successes, and SDR best practices into standout content that drives awareness and engagement
- Partner with customers and the community to source and share user-generated content (UGC)
- Build referral-friendly content that energizes our community and sparks introductions
- Support thought leadership programs, including original research, industry guides, and best-practices series
- Create event-driven content for localized meetups and virtual gatherings
- Work closely with SDRs and sales to deliver content that helps move deals forward
- Measure and optimize content performance for reach, engagement, and pipeline impact
- Understands SEO and can research and identify how to produce content that wins in general and AI search
- 4 years in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to craft stories that resonate with specific audiences and drive measurable results
- Experience sourcing and producing customer-led content
- Comfortable on social media and able to create content that engages
- Strong collaboration skills with sales, SDRs, and community teams
- Creative, resourceful, and eager to experiment with new content formats
- Understands incentives for UGC so people want to produce great materials
- Proven results partnering with outside agencies

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
