Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and through email
- Answer questions about services and schedules
- Process orders and customer requests accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
- Provide outstanding service that reflects the Nooga Paws brand
