The Point Casino & Hotel is seeking an experienced Revenue Audit Manager to lead our Revenue Audit team. In this role, you'll oversee daily gaming and non-gaming revenue audits, ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations, and help maintain the financial integrity of one of the region's premier gaming destinations.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the Revenue Audit department.
- Manage daily gaming, cage, and non-gaming revenue audits.
- Ensure compliance with MICS, NIGC regulations, Tribal Gaming Agency requirements, and internal controls.
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, income journals, and audit reports.
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support month-end close and external audits.
- Maintain Title 31 compliance within Revenue Audit operations.
- Develop and improve audit procedures and internal controls.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Revenue Audit team members.
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, and operational departments to ensure accurate reporting.
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Five or more years of progressive experience in casino revenue audit, accounting, finance, or gaming operations.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
- Experience with casino management systems such as LNW, IGT, or similar software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
