We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $20.66

This hybrid remote role will ensure quality services are being provided to the children and families served throughout Cornerstones of Care. The person in this position has advanced skills to assess program process requirements of the contracts, accreditation, and licensure bodies are met primarily through compliance and risk mitigation.

What You Will Do

  • Reports are developed to identify performance trends to better identify areas of opportunity to implement improvement strategies specific to compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Compile, analyze, and share results and trends from monthly and quarterly reports for each program to report performance improvement objectives to align expectations with best practice and assist with internal programmatic benchmarking opportunities.
  • Conduct case reviews to oversee adherence to compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Review policies and procedures with programs and administrative departments to ensure meeting contract and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure adherence to the Performance and Quality Improvement plan through implementation, coordination, participation, and training of the organization's PQI system.
  • Support the optimization of EHR workflows and reporting related to compliance, accreditation, and risk mitigation by assisting with innovation request, testing, validation, and coordination between internal teams and the EHR vendor to promote data integrity and audit readiness.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree, required.
  • Experience with excel, required.
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
