Donor Services Associate

The Donor Services Associate supports donors and internal teams by maintaining accurate data, processing grants, and delivering exceptional service. This role serves as a key point of contact for donor inquiries and helps ensure smooth year-round operations—especially during the busy year-end season.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor and client inquiries via phone, email, mail, and CRM tools
• Process daily grant requests and complete transaction due diligence
• Support the online giving portal and assist with troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate donor and fund records and prepare reports
• Conduct welcome calls and assist with new fund onboarding
• Prepare donor correspondence, fund statements, and grant confirmations
• Provide administrative and reception backup support as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 2 years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Comfortable learning multiple systems; Salesforce experience a plus
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality standards
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
