Rose Brooks Center, a nonprofit domestic violence agency, seeks a full-time, exempt Domestic Violence Outreach Program Manager (internal classification: Bridge Program Manager). The Domestic Violence Outreach Program Manager is responsible for managing the Bridge Program and supervising Bridge Program staff in the provision of advocacy and crisis intervention services.

In partnership with the Director of Community Programs, this role ensures services are consistent with Rose Brooks Center’s quality standards, principles of trauma-informed care, accessibility, and program outcomes. This position works collaboratively with Bridge Program staff, internal teams, and health systems and community partners.

Other Aspects Of The Position

  • Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with agency policies and procedures, while demonstrating proficiency in all RBC competencies and utilizing the principles of trauma informed care and accessibility; demonstrates a commitment to the overall mission of Rose Brooks Center.
  • Maintain awareness about the risks of secondary trauma and understand one’s own responsibility of self-care.
  • Attend scheduled staff, team and supervision meetings; participate in all required trainings.
  • Other responsibilities include grant reporting, program quality and continuous improvement.
  • This position manages the dispatching of workday Bridge referrals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Two years’ advocacy experience, preferably working with vulnerable populations in a domestic violence agency and/or hospital, or commensurate experience.
  • One year supervisory/demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experience providing training and consultation.
  • Program development and project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, both internally and externally.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including training and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Office/Windows operating system and programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in social work/human services, or a related field or commensurate experience.
  • Knowledgeable of hospital or health care operations.
  • Experience providing domestic violence advocacy services.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

HOURS: This is a full-time, exempt position and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. The Bridge Program Manager works in an office environment, with some work done in a healthcare setting, and requires limited local travel. It is primarily a Monday-Friday position but may include evening and weekend hours.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This position falls into a salary range starting at $55,000 annually (exempt) and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
