Line Cook – Evening Shift

We’re seeking a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team for our evening service. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Shifts Needed: (3PM–11PM Tentatively)
- Schedule: Weekdays and weekends, including all major holidays (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day)
- Location: St. Augustine, FL (downtown area)
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in a timely manner
- Assist with prep work and cleanup after service
Requirements
- Italian cuisine experience preferred
- Must be available during holiday season and
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Food safety knowledge and adherence to all health regulations
