Nonna’s Pizza & Restaurant – Mahwah, NJ, is looking for a confident, dependable, and proactive Cashier / Customer Service Team Member to join our team.
We’re not looking for someone who needs to be constantly reminded what to do. We’re looking for people who pay attention, communicate well, take initiative, and contribute to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service, restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with customers
- Comfortable answering phones and taking customer orders
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Comfortable using technology and able to quickly learn our Toast POS system
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action without always being asked
- Positive attitude and team first mentality
