Reefer Carrier Sales Representative
We're growing and looking for an experienced Reefer Carrier Sales Representative to join our team.
What We're Looking For:
- Established network and following of refrigerated (reefer) carriers
- Strong understanding of the refrigerated transportation market
- Proven ability to source and develop new freight lanes
- Experience negotiating rates and building long-term carrier relationships
- Ability to cover loads, solve problems, and maintain excellent service levels
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow a book of business
Responsibilities:
- Source capacity for refrigerated freight across North America
- Build and maintain relationships with reefer carriers
- Identify and develop new lanes and capacity opportunities
- Negotiate rates and secure reliable transportation solutions
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of carrier sales or transportation brokerage experience
- Existing reefer carrier relationships required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
