Job Overview
Shift Leaders at Nona are responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff in a fast-paced restaurant and retail environment. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our smoothie and coffee bar offerings while fostering a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.
Starting pay is $17/hr, plus a tip share, that averages $4-7/hr.
Hiring Shift Leaders at our Delafield & Pewaukee locations.
Hiring for Full Time 30 or Part Time 20-30 hours per week. Shift Leaders must work a minimum of 20 hours per week and have some weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Assist in training new employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency.
- Enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional events and marketing strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift.
Skills
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.

- Familiarity with food service and/or coffee shop operations is a plus.
