Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant team activities during the shift
- Ensure high levels of customer service and handle customer concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor
- Assist in training and mentoring new or junior staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed

Café Corazón was opened by George and Wendy Mireles in 2009 in Riverwest.
