What you will be responsible for
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant channels, tailored to estate planning attorneys and their target audiences.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies that drive lead generation, client inquiries, and conversions for our clients.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while adhering to client-specific financial guidelines and performance targets.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools, perform A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments to improve metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Client Marketing, copywriting team, SEO specialists, to align paid ads with broader client marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for clients to demonstrate value and support ongoing services.
- As the team grows, onboard, train, and manage junior specialists in areas like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, fostering a high-performance environment while maintaining hands-on execution of core campaigns.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) strongly preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, with a proven track record managing campaigns for professional services clients.
- Deep expertise in major ad platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions, report writing, and cross-team collaboration; comfort presenting to stakeholders and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented approach, able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment focused on client success and innovation in paid media.

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
