Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the organization by leading heavy full‑cycle recruitment (25-60 open requisitions) across multiple departments. This includes partnering with hiring managers on hiring plans, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing pipelines, preparing offers, and ensuring a smooth, compliant hiring process.
A key responsibility is overseeing thorough Federal and State background check processes, including verification of licenses, credentials, and required clearances through city, state, and federal agencies. The role also ensures accurate documentation within ATS and maintains strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Additional duties include training managers on the ATS, identifying process improvements, supporting onboarding workflows, monitoring background check expenses, and reporting on recruitment metrics. The role requires strong customer service, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of heavy full‑cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Workforce, ADP).
