Junior Graphic Designer
Join the world’s largest business organization’s Creative Team as a Junior Graphic Designer specializing in event experiences! You'll collaborate with senior designers and our Director of Events and Brand Experiences to bring events to life through compelling visual design—from digital marketing and print products to large-format environmental graphics and on-site branding.
This is a hands-on role perfect for an early-career designer who enjoys dynamic project work, loves seeing their work come to life at live events and wants to grow their skills in experiential design.
What You'll Do:
- Design event materials across formats: digital assets, print collateral, signage, wayfinding, and large-format environmental graphics
- Apply and execute established brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital, ensuring technical specifications are met
- Collaborate closely with team members to support creative development and bring concepts to final execution, learning the full event design process
- Organize and archive design assets to maintain an efficient creative library
- Attend select events to see your designs in action and support on-site needs
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience (internships, freelance, or agency work all count!)
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills—event or experiential work is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset—you’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools
