Schedule: Approximately 8β10 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational
needs

integrity, and eAiciency of our financial operations.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting
functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and routine
financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work
independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily transactions.
- Process accounts payable, receivable, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Handle payroll and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Track dues, donations, and other incoming funds.
- Prepare routine financial reports and maintain organized, confidential records.
- Prepare special analyses or reports as requested.
Qualifications
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft O,ice.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and communicate e,ectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nonprofit [or fund?] accounting experience is a plus.
- Experience with donor or membership systems is helpful.
Work Environment and Schedule
This part-time role may be on-site, hybrid, or in-person depending on organizational needs.Hours may vary during year-end close, audits, billing cycles, and based on other
organizational need
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
