Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join us at our Kailua location! This role is essential in helping our kitchen run smoothly, delivering excellent food, and providing outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior food preparation or kitchen experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Whether you have prior restaurant experience or are new to the hospitality industry, this position offers lots opportunities to learn new skills and work with an amazing team! The openings we currently have are for our afternoon shift on Fridays and Saturdays with the possibility of more days. (Shift times are 3:00pm-8:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist in food plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times
• Ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and ingredients
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with taking orders and processing payments if needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurants is preferred but not required
• Experience in food preparation is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety standards is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for providing excellent customer service
• Friday and Saturday afternoon availability. (shift times are 3:00pm-8:30pm)

Pay starts at $16 an hour tips with opportunities to increase!
