Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in our brand new Kailua location! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in cashiering and handling transactions efficiently. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers while ensuring and maintaining store standards.
Duties
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting customers with menu questions.
- Handle credit and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seating area.
- Restock ingredients as necessary.
- Assist with delivery of foods.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via phone.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a food truck setting.
- Mornings required (8:30am-3:30pm shift)
Pay starts at $16.00 an hour tips with opportunities to increase!
