What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Structure and secure vehicle financing.
• Work directly with customers to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Drive profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to continue our rapid growth.

What We're Looking For

• Finance Manager experience, Sales Manager experience, or both.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
