Noland's Roofing in has been in business since 2011. Noland's specializes in roofing, roof replacement and repairs, we are professionals at identifying storm damage as well as providing, Solar, windows and other home services.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Interior Repair & Operations Technician to support our roofing operations through high-quality interior repairs, warehouse support, and operational logistics.

This position is ideal for an experienced handyman or maintenance professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Much of your work will be performed inside occupied homes and commercial buildings following roofing projects, making professionalism, communication, and respect for customers' property just as important as your technical skills. You will also support our operations by assisting with warehouse activities, material deliveries, and other responsibilities that help keep our roofing projects running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Interior Customer Repairs

• Perform professional drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and texture matching.
• Complete high-quality interior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.
• Perform minor stucco and wall repairs where applicable.
• Restore customer homes and commercial properties to pre-construction condition following roofing work.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas while protecting customers' furnishings and property.
• Ensure every repair meets company quality standards before leaving the jobsite.

Customer Experience

• Represent our company professionally while working inside customers' homes and businesses.
• Communicate courteously with homeowners, business owners, and occupants.
• Arrive on time, maintain a clean appearance, and demonstrate respect for every customer and their property.
• Address minor customer concerns professionally and communicate any issues to management promptly.

Roofing Operations Support

• Deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites and vendors.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and material staging.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Support field personnel and production teams with operational needs.
• Help maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment.

Requirements

• Construction, maintenance, restoration, or service technician experience required; pay is commensurate with experience
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Review and background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
