Noland's Roofing in Clermont, Florida has been in business since 2011. Noland's specializes in roofing, roof replacement and repairs, we are professionals at identifying storm damage as well as providing, Solar, window's and other home services.

We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Roofing Canvasser Sales Associates. This is a field-based position where you’ll connect directly with homeowners to offer free roof inspections and storm damage assessments. If you’re energetic, competitive, and driven by performance-based pay, this is a great opportunity to build sales experience and grow your income.

What You’ll Do:

• Canvass residential and/or commercial neighborhoods that have been impacted by a storm to generate qualified lead
• Educate homeowners about free roof inspections and storm damage services
• Assess the roof and any damages, take pictures of the roof and conduct measurements
• Track daily activity and leads generated
• Represent the company professionally in the community

What You’ll Do

• Speak to homeowners about a free roof inspection, by going with the team to areas that have been impacted by a recent storm.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of a professional roof inspection, especially after storms.
• Go on a ladder with the Sales Associate to inspect the roof, take pictures and create an estimate for the buyer
• Track leads and appointments in company system.
• Represent the company professionally with honesty and integrity.

Training Includes:

• Roofing Inspection Basics
• Sales communication & closing skills

• Ride-along job shadowing

What You Need:

• Smartphone Device (for photos and updates)
• Resilience & Self-Motivation: Capacity to handle rejection, stay motivated, and drive results
• Negotiation and Overcoming Objections: The ability assume the appointment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong abilities to build rapport, present information persuasively, and listen to customer needs
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads using our CRM software.
• We will provide transportation in our company van to and from the storm locations. Therefore all employees must adhere to our company vehicle & safety Policies

Typical Work Environment:

• Physical Activity: Extensive walking and standing for long durations are required to reach client sites, navigate job sites, and attend trade shows or other industry events. Climbing on ladders and roofs.
• Environmental Exposure: Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, is expected.
• Travel: The team members will report to a designated company meeting location at the start of each shift. From there, Field Sales Representatives will be transported in a company vehicle to assigned territories.
• Physical Effort: Must be able to carry and transport sales materials, product samples, and other equipment as needed, and may need to lift up to 50 pounds.
