Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
• Provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
