Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service to external clients, business partners, and vendors, directing incoming phone calls, and general office assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer multi-line switchboard
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with data entering and other administrative tasks
- Rental contract administration
- Complete New Hire paperwork as needed
- Other tasks as requested by management
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- Basic knowledge of business telephone procedures
- Focus on providing above average customer service
- Excellent telephone skills
