Key Responsibilities

Receive and log incoming calls, emergency alerts, and field check-ins accurately.

Dispatch field officers, patrol units, and supervisors using computer-aided dispatch and scheduling software.

Monitor real-time GPS tracking and officer status systems to ensure shift compliance and safety.

Provide secondary dispatch support during high-volume peak call windows

Complete detailed shift handoff logs and incident summaries before shift transitions.

Coordinate escalation procedures with client management or emergency services as required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Security operations, dispatch, or emergency call center experience is a strong plus.

Licensing: Active Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners (LSBPSE) Guard Card / Registration is a major plus. (Candidate must be eligible to obtain state registration if not currently registered).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with dispatch/scheduling software, basic database entry, and multiline phone systems.

Communication: Clear verbal communication and precise written record-keeping under fast-paced conditions.
Availability: Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, afternoon/evening shifts, and peak mid-day hours.
Work Schedule Expectation

Hours: 24 to 32 hours per week across 3 to 4 shifts.
