Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative
- Act as the primary contact for donors and supporters, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about charity campaigns.
- Process donations and manage account updates through CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with fundraising protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records of donor interactions, preferences, and contribution history to strengthen retention strategies and reporting accuracy.
