Silver Lining Marketing is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to represent meaningful causes that uplift, unite, and empower communities. As a sales and business consulting firm, we help amplify the reach of charitable organizations—one conversation, one event, and one supporter at a time.
In this role, the Community Engagement Coordinator serves as the vital connector between community members and the missions they care about. Through energetic outreach, values-driven communication, and strategic engagement tools, you will help build awareness and support for impactful nonprofit initiatives.
Community Engagement Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit campaigns at events, retail locations, and community hubs to increase awareness and encourage community participation as a Community Engagement Coordinator.
- Share the mission, goals, and impact of charity partners through clear and compelling communication.
- Support engagement activities by managing attendee/donor registration, tracking outreach interactions, and assisting with campaign reporting using CRM software.
- As a Community Engagement Coordinator you will maintain accurate records of conversations, participation, and follow-up needs to ensure compliance and strengthen community relationships.
- Collaborate with fellow Community Engagement Coordinator and internal teams to align messaging, share insights, and refine outreach strategies for stronger engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication techniques and deepen understanding of partner initiatives.
Community Engagement Coordinator Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional studies in communications, nonprofit management, or marketing preferred.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, customer support, fundraising, or advocacy is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire interest, build trust, and deliver mission-driven messages.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital engagement tools is a plus.
- Passionate, adaptable, and mission-driven, with a commitment to creating positive community impact.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,585.00 per month
