Role Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and supporting community events. As a Community Engagement Associate, you will help represent nonprofit partners at scheduled local events, assist with setup and event logistics, and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional way.
This is an in-person role, not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only. This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Support and represent nonprofit partners at community events in Louisiana
- Engage with event attendees and share program information
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Help record basic participation and activity information
- Work closely with team members to maintain a positive event environment
Schedule & Location
- Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
- Local travel to events; reporting to office or team meeting point
- Some weekends required based on event schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- $42,000–$52,000 annually
- Weekly pay schedule
- Paid training and onboarding
- W-2 employment

- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar roles a plus
