How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Oversee daily operations in Die Fab, Assembly, Test, and BI manufacturing areas, ensuring safety and productivity.
- Coordinate production control processes and optimize resource allocation for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Facilitate daily manufacturing meetings, preparing presentations and updates for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance and manufacturing engineers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage team performance through effective hiring, coaching, and communication strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards throughout processes.
- Utilize analytical skills to address capacity constraints and manage bottlenecks proactively.
- Support weekend shift operations and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Must-Have:
- 5 years in manufacturing management or industrial engineering
- Leadership experience with emphasis on operator and technician supervision
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with project management in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing methodology
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Experience in capacity constraint and bottleneck management
- Understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Background in training and documentation processes
