How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Perform system-level diagnostic testing on network routing platforms
- Execute hardware validation, functional, and regression testing
- Identify, isolate, and document system and hardware failures
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (HW, FW, systems, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve issues
- Communicate test results, failures, and debug status clearly and professionally
- Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams to support debugging efforts
- Test and validate networking and routing equipment
- Manage multiple tasks independently and meet schedules with minimal oversight
- Maintain clear, structured documentation of test procedures and results
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with others in a large, cross-functional team
- Comfortable collaborating with individuals of different personalities, roles, and priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
