Key Responsibilities
- Product roadmap development: Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Feature definition: Translate customer requirements and market trends into clear, prioritized product features.
- Business case analysis: Develop and present business cases to support investment decisions and product initiatives.
- Product requirement documents (PRDs): Author detailed PRDs that capture technical specifications, functional requirements, and performance metrics.
- Lifecycle management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful launches and sustained growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Required Technical Expertise
- IP networking: Deep understanding of IP architecture, protocols, and network design.
- IP routing protocols: Hands-on knowledge of protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
- 5G core networks: Experience with 5G core functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, and network slicing.
- 5G RAN: Familiarity with radio access network technologies, including gNodeB and related interfaces.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in networking or telecommunications domains.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
