St. Louis, MO (new office at the City Foundry!)

✅ What You’ll Do:
- Build and ship features across our full-stack platform (Next.js, Express, React Native, PostgreSQL)
- Own projects end-to-end, from understanding the problem to deploying the solution
- Work directly with the CTO and Principal Engineer in a small, high-output engineering team
- Contribute to our brand dashboard, creator mobile app, API services, and internal tools
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability as we grow 10x
- Help architect and build new systems
- Write clean, maintainable code that ships fast without sacrificing quality
- Debug production issues across the stack and make things more resilient
🫵 Who You Are:
- 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development
- Comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, and database
- Self-directed and resourceful. You figure things out before asking for help
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and speed matters
- Collaborative but opinionated. You have ideas and aren't afraid to share them
- Excited about building products that real people use every day
🤩 Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with any of our core technologies (Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with real-time systems, queues, or distributed architectures
- Open-source contributions or a personal project portfolio
- Interest in AI/ML, content discovery systems, or creator economy platforms
- Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Expo)
