Duties
• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client preferences.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment.
• Offer expert advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upselling additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and cutting techniques.
• Knowledge of color theory
• Skilled in performing hair extensions, eyelash extensions (Not required)
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism
