Role Description
We have full-time and part-time positions, on-site Hairstylist position at our Chicago, IL location. As a Hairstylist at Salon Glow, you will provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments based on client preferences and hair care needs. You will consult with clients to recommend styles and haircare solutions, ensuring high-quality customer experiences. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the hairstyling industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Styling, including cutting, coloring, and creating various styles
- Cosmetology license and expertise in Hair Care techniques
- Strong Customer Service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Effective Communication skills to understand and meet client needs
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning in hairstyling trends
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Experience in a salon environment is preferred but not required
- Must be punctual, reliable, and organized
