Requested Tasks
- Welcome customers, read and listen to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
- Clean and clear tables
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items
- Well-versed on all F B menu items in order to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
- Assist in overseeing inventory of supplies and ingredients
- Confirm guests are of legal drinking age by requesting and examining legal documentation
- Follow alcohol service laws; check identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to consume alcohol
- Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
- Additional duties and assignments as assigned
- Professional, personable and courteous demeanor
- Able to remember multiple guest orders
- Able to read legal documentation to confirm legal drinking age
- Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
- Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined
