Requested Tasks
- Ensure daily service runs effectively and smoothly across the restaurant and coffee operations
- Lead, mentor, and support front-of-house team members and coffee shop staff
- Greet and assist guests, maintaining a guest-first mentality at all times
- Handle guest requests and resolve service opportunities with professionalism and care
- Oversee scheduling and assist with payroll processing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance of coffee equipment and beverage stations
- Train team members on service standards, beverage preparation, and operational procedures
- Foster teamwork and create a positive and supportive work culture
- Prior experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or coffee shop management is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage preparation (espresso, milk steaming, equipment maintenance) preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills; approachable, professional, and service-oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards

Salary : $60,000 - $66,000
