We’re growing fast and looking for hungry, high-energy sales reps to sell residential and commercial painting projects. No experience required — just confidence, work ethic, and the drive to win.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running warm, inbound leads from our marketing team
- Knocking doors in active neighborhoods and property manager operators to generate additional opportunities
- Meeting homeowners and business owners face-to-face
- Inspecting properties and identifying interior & exterior painting needs
- Educating customers on painting options, finishes, timelines, and value
- Presenting estimates and closing contracts on the spot
- Following up, locking in jobs, and stacking commissions
You’ll own your deals from first conversation to signed agreement — and get paid for it.

What You Can Earn
This is commission-based with NO income ceiling.
- Average reps: $75K–$95K
- Strong reps: $100K–$125K
- Top reps: $150K
