Noel Painting & Remodeling is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple painting, restoration, and renovation projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and client communication. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of projects from initial planning through close-out
- Develop scopes of work, project schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Oversee job costs, change orders, and project profitability
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Maintain accurate project documentation using project management software
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and local codes
Qualifications & Experience
· 5 years of experience in construction, painting, or restoration project management
· Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and cost control
· Proficiency with project management and estimating software
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Email)
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes
· Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
· Valid driver’s license required
