What We Are Looking For
This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possesses strong technical skills in plumbing.
What You Will Do
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, offering effective solutions.
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
- Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
- Respond to emergency calls and handle urgent plumbing issues with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of materials.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.

What You Will Need
- 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician
- Journeyman license in NY state (preferred not required)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry tools and materials.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. (CDL preferred not required)
