Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Insight: Educate healthcare providers on ERP’s clinical effectiveness, challenging outdated referral patterns to drive adoption.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and expand relationships with behavioral health prescribers and health systems throughout Florida.
- Customize Solutions: Tailor NOCD’s offerings to meet the unique needs of clinicians and organizations, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Drive Results: Lead high-impact sales conversations to meet or exceed monthly referral and partnership targets.
- Leverage Data: Use CRM tools and analytics to guide strategy, optimize outreach, and measure performance.
- Champion the Mission: Represent NOCD with integrity, credibility, and a patient-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of B2B medical sales experience, ideally in referral-based healthcare markets (e.g., behavioral health, dental, ADP-like models).
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and deliver compelling insights to HCPs and/or C-suite leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform sales strategies.
- Strategic, assertive, and comfortable thriving in high-growth or startup environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
