Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment preferred.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
- Understanding of food handling practices and safety protocols.
- Experience in sales techniques, particularly upselling menu items, is desirable.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.

Pay: $22.85 - $40.00 per hour
