Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Responsibilities:
- Provide operations and administrative support to ODASD(CBD), tracking incoming tasks and assigning suspense dates based on time sensitivity and priority.
- Monitor staff action progress and deadlines, analyzing incoming tasks and providing synopsis to action officers to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee staffing of FOIA requests, Congressional inquiries, briefings, speeches, and issue papers, maintaining technical proficiency in OSD CATMS.
- Coordinate office travel arrangements including country clearances, visa/passport applications, and travel vouchers, developing and managing office travel budget.
- Process building passes and CAC requests, coordinate security clearances and visit requests, and manage office security program including classified document security.
- Manage meeting logistics and reservations for up to 300 participants, prepare briefing books, develop meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Support IT requirements and computer accounts, requisition supplies and equipment, maintain filing and archiving systems, and prepare ODASD(NCB/CB) Weekly Reporting Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of related experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- US citizenship
- Experience within one of the components of the Chemical and Biological Defense Program or with an interagency equivalent.
- Strong organizational and administrative support skills.
- Proficiency in database management and information systems.
- Experience supporting senior-level executives in a DoD environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
