Job Title: Senior Sterling OMS Developer/ Lead Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6 MonthMandatory skill: IBM Sterling OMS, Call Center, SBCJob Description: • 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS development and customization. • Expertise in designing and implementing order orchestration workflows, sourcing rules, and fulfillment logic. • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript for Sterling OMS extensions and services. • Experience in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs within Sterling OMS ecosystem. • Deep understanding of Sterling OMS components: Process Types, Pipelines, User Exits, Events, and Services. • Proficient in configuring and customizing Sterling OMS UI (Web UI and Call Center UI). • Hands-on experience with Sterling OMS database schema and writing optimized SQL queries (Oracle/DB2). • Experience in integrating OMS with external systems like ERP, WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder), and payment gateways. • Knowledge of Sterling OMS deployment architecture and performance tuning best practices. • Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines for Sterling OMS deployments. • Experience in debugging and resolving production issues in Sterling OMS environments. • Exposure to cloud-based Sterling OMS deployments and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
