Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Newark DE
Job Summary
The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, system integrators, and internal support resources to deliver best-practice solutions and help build internal SuccessFactors capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations with 3 SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations, 2 ECP implementations, Workforce Software and Benefitfocus integration experience
Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance integrations.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop internal SuccessFactors capabilities.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) required and Payroll (ECP) Certification preferred
Additional certifications in Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Onboarding are a plus.
