AT&T Sales Assistant – Entry Level

What You’ll Do

• Connect with business owners and representatives to introduce AT&T Business products and services.
• Visit local businesses to promote internet, fiber, and communication solutions.
• Identify business needs and recommend relevant services based on customer requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, and available options while answering customer questions.
• Build professional relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Support customer acquisition and daily sales initiatives.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with teammates to support outreach efforts and deliver a positive customer experience.
