All Noble Schools staff should prepare and explain academic and behavioral expectations using easy-to-understand procedures, routines, and "what to do" directions in all spaces.

- Deliver direct instruction and support schoolwide integration of ML instructional practices.
- Teach a ESL courses and support content-aligned language development for ML students.
- Design lessons aligned to grade-level standards and student language proficiency data.
- Collaborate with content teachers to embed language development strategies and modifications into general education instruction.
- Monitor compliance with English Language Development (ELD) plans and ML accommodations.
- Ensure the school meets all federal, state, and network requirements for multilingual learners.
- Serve as the school’s ACCESS and Lexile/Quantile test coordinator for ML students.
- An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school, college, and lead exemplary lives
- Proven track record of results in previous roles
- Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
- Mastery of and enthusiasm for supporting Multilingual Learners
- Proven commitment to serving students of color and contributing to anti-racism in practice and disposition
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Active Illinois Teaching License (PEL) with an ESL endorsement required
