Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for analytics and technical skills in Web Design for SEO and ROI. This role is instrumental in engaging with teams daily, with the ultimate goal of converting fans into clients and clients into brand advocates.

The successful candidate will conceptualize, plan, implement, and evaluate multimedia and digital media initiatives that align with Noble’s social media, brand, and business strategies. Bonus points for skills in writing,graphic design, or video editing!

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns in alignment with sales activities.
• Optimize marketing efforts to meet ROI objectives.
• Build and integrate automations (N8n, Zapier, Make, API workflows, etc.)
• Support CRM processes — Salesforce experience preferred
• Analyze account performance on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, utilizing proprietary tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create tailored strategies for social media channels, sales funnels, and the company’s online voice.
• Create and update lead generation web pages using WordPress.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress.
• Maintain Google Ads
• Optimize SEO
• Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize and explore new marketing channels.
• Miscellaneous projects or tasks delegated to you or your department

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong project management abilities.
• A logical yet creative mindset to develop data-driven campaign strategies (e.g., selecting keywords, targeting, interests).
• Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC and digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Coding knowledge (Python,Javascript) prefered but not required
• Experience in daily account management and optimization of advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in generating reports for metrics, goal tracking, and revenue insights.
• Experience with video creation/editing, and basic graphic design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field(preferred); or 3 years of relevant experience in digital media and marketing.
• Experience managing PPC/search campaigns required.
• Blogging, graphic design, and video editing experience are preferred.
• Content creation and social media management experience(preferred) .

Portfolio Requirement:Applicants must provide a portfolio or examples of prior work.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $41,600 - $46,800 annually
• Location: Noble Public Adjusting Group HQ, Panama City Beach, FL (In-person)
