The JOB:
The Catering Manager is responsible for the coordination, servicing, and execution of all catering events—from weddings and social gatherings to group functions—ensuring flawless delivery of the client’s vision. Unlike a sales role, this position is focused on building lasting relationships, overseeing event details, and partnering with operations teams to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

Essential Job Functions
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the event has been booked, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated internally.
- Conduct thorough pre-event planning, including reviewing menus, room setups, timelines, and audiovisual needs.
- Coordinate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of all event details.
- Anticipate guest and client needs, respond promptly, and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage on-site event servicing, from setup through breakdown, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Stay knowledgeable of:
- Event function space, capacities, and room features (lighting, sound, AV capabilities).
- Banquet service standards and menu options.
- Billing, guarantee policies, and service charge guidelines.
- Effectively handle multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Build positive guest and team member relationships while upholding Noble House service standards.
