The Job:
As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel. The Operations Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering
- Champion Alice system, our guest request program
- Coordinate projects
- Log and follow up on guest requests
- Support reservations team

Requirements
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back-of-house and outdoor areas
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational tasks
- Ability to climb stairs and access various levels of the property
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, computers, and handheld devices
- Ability to visually review documents, computer screens, and work orders with attention to detail
- Ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
- Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels typical of hotel operation
