We are a privately owned wholesale footwear design and manufacturing company seeking a driven, detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely output
- Manage purchasing processes, including vendor coordination and order tracking
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR), including reporting and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports
- Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Create and assist with marketing materials, including:
- Flyers
- Advertising campaigns
- Brochures and product sheets
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support business growth
✅ Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management
- Working knowledge of AP/AR and basic accounting processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Details
